Social responsibility, corporate citizenship, environmental protection, and innovations

Our aspiration to operate in a sustainable manner has been a fixed part of our corporate philosophy for many years. It is a key element of our values system and is of fundamental significance for our corporate operations. The real-world appli- cation of this ideal at VINCI Facilities can be seen and documented on the basis of countless indicators. For example, during the past ten years we doubled the number of our employees. Providing them with advanced training opportunities is of great importance to us. And each year, VINCI Foundation for Social Responsibility supports many social projects, particularly those focused on integrating disabled persons into the work- place. We construct buildings according to the Passive House standard wherever possible. At the group level, VINCI S.A. is involved in reforestation projects in many countries and is planting 180,000 trees – one for every employee. In a benchmark study on the research and development activities of 15 companies in the industry, our parent company VINCI S.A. was ranked number 1.
