Multilaterally and competent. The companies DECHOW Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH, LAGRANGE TWM GmbH and Stingl GmbH have been merged to form the Building Technologies division.

Competences
The services in the field of building services engineering include the installation and servicing of heating, ventilation and sprinkler systems and range from the installation of remote monitoring and the installation of sanitary systems to complete plant engineering, pipeline construction, sewer construction and the installation of refrigeration and air-conditioning technology. The companies are represented at a total of seven locations.

The Facility Management includes the inspection and maintenance of technical facilities and the administration of buildings. There are a total of more than 100 locations worldwide for this area.

Loyal to the motto “All under one roof”, the companies in the divisions work closely with the companies in the other Group divisions. For example, SKE Support Services GmbH can complement each other excellently in their work in order to provide our customers with a high degree of comprehensive and competent services at high quality.
